Ingredients

– 1 pound (450 g) ground beef

– 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

– 4 ounces (115 g) canned diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, diced)

– 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon (3 g) onion powder

– 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking dish.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

4. Stir in the cooked ground beef and diced jalapeños. Mix well.

5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove from the oven and let cool for five minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
