Ingredients

    • Eggs: 2 large

    • Apple: 1, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

Directions

Prepare the Batter:

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until light and frothy.

12. Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
