LEMON CAKE

Ingredient :

  • 1 glass of sunflower oil (not full)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 300g flour
  • 300g sugar
  • 1 grated lemon
  • 2 sachets royal yeast

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs, sugar, lemon, milk, oil and yeast flour with the whisk.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and put the mixture in for about 40 minutes. (Go checking)
3. Let cool and sprinkle sugar on to.
