Lemon Cake Air Fryer
The Air Fryer is suitable for baking. This delicious, sweet, and lemon-filled Air Fryer Lemon Cake takes less than 30 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 120 grams (4¼ ounces) of flour
- 75 grams (2½ ounces) of soft butter
- 75 grams (2½ ounces) of margarine
- Two eggs
- 75 grams (2½ ounces) of finely granulated sugar
- Two tablespoons of lemon juice
- One-half teaspoon of baking powder
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Directions
- For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 320°F/160°C.
- Using a mixer or whisk, combine the butter, margarine, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until the mixture is light and creamy. It takes roughly five minutes to complete. Take care not to mix too much.
- Beat each egg into the butter after adding it. Once the first egg has been added to the mixture, add the second egg.
- Next, include the lemon juice, baking powder, flour, and a dash of salt. Stir well.
- Apply a little soft butter to the cake pan. To prevent the cake from sticking to the pan, cut a circle out of parchment paper and place it within the cake pan.
- Using a spatula, smooth the batter after pouring it into the cake pan.
- Slide the fryer basket into the air fryer after placing the cake pan inside. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is done and browned.
- Place a toothpick or bamboo stick in the middle of the cake. When it comes out clean, it’s finished.
- Give the cake at least five minutes to cool in the pan. After that, flip the cake pan over and let it cool on a wire rack.
