Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken & Brussels Sprouts (Air Fryer Recipe)
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken: Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Drizzle with half of the melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic.
Prep the Brussels Sprouts: Toss with olive oil, remaining butter, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry:
Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken on top and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internal temp.
Serve: Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Garnish with extra lemon juice or Parmesan cheese.

Crispier Brussels Sprouts? Cook separately for an extra 2-3 minutes at 400°F at the end.
Swap Chicken for Salmon – Adjust cooking time to 8-10 minutes for perfectly flaky fish.
