3 eggs 

240g whole milk yogurt
60g all-purpose flour
20g cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon 

100g sugar
A pinch of salt
Steps:
- Whisk egg yolks with yogurt, lemon zest, and juice.
- Mix flour and cornstarch, then add to the yolk mixture.
- Beat egg whites with salt until foamy, then slowly add sugar. Fold into the batter.
- Pour into an 18 cm cake pan, place in a baking pan with hot water, and bake at 150°C for 60 minutes.
