3 eggs
240g whole milk yogurt
60g all-purpose flour
20g cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon
100g sugar
A pinch of salt
Steps:
Whisk egg yolks with yogurt, lemon zest, and juice.
Mix flour and cornstarch, then add to the yolk mixture.
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy, then slowly add sugar. Fold into the batter.
Pour into an 18 cm cake pan, place in a baking pan with hot water, and bake at 150°C for 60 minutes.
