Loaded Crispy Hashbrowns
Ingredients:(Serves: 4)
4 frozen hashbrown patties
1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
1 tbsp (5 g) chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
1 tsp (2.5 g) ranch seasoning mix
Drizzle of ranch dressing (optional)
Directions:
Air Fry the Hashbrowns
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the frozen hashbrown patties in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Add Cheese
Top each hashbrown with shredded cheddar cheese. Air fry for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Make the Sour Cream Topping
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, chives, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
Assemble the Loaded Hashbrowns
Remove hashbrowns from the air fryer. Top each with a dollop of the sour cream mixture, a drizzle of ranch dressing (if using), and garnish with extra chives.
Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.
Swap cheddar for a blend of cheeses like Monterey Jack or gouda for extra flavor.
Add sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions for a savory twist.
