Ingredients:(Serves: 4)

 4 frozen hashbrown patties

1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream

1 tbsp (5 g) chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)

1 tsp (2.5 g) ranch seasoning mix

Drizzle of ranch dressing (optional)

Directions:

Air Fry the Hashbrowns

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the frozen hashbrown patties in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Add Cheese

Top each hashbrown with shredded cheddar cheese. Air fry for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
