- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
- The ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese should all be combined in a large mixing basin. Stir until well blended.
