Ingredient:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms (white button or cremini)
1/2 cup heavy cream

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
1.Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
3. Saute Mushrooms:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5–6 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
4.Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and chicken broth (or white wine). Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Assemble:
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the chicken.
Top each chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, if using.
6. Bake:
