- 1 tbsp finely chopped olives or capers
- Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)
- Optional heat: chili flakes
For the Platter

- Sun-dried tomatoes or roasted cherry tomatoes
- Crackers or toasted baguette slices
- Lemon wedges
Optional Add-Ins
- Roasted red peppers
- Fresh herbs: parsley, basil, dill
- Honey drizzle (for a sweet–salty contrast)
- Extra chili flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinated Feta
- Place the feta block in the center of your serving plate or small board.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil—make sure the edges get coated.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano (and thyme if using).
- Spoon the finely chopped olives or capers over the top.
- Add cracked black pepper or a pinch of chili flakes if you prefer a spicy touch.
Letting the feta sit for a few minutes allows it to soak in the flavors.
2. Assemble the Mediterranean Platter
- Arrange sun-dried or roasted cherry tomatoes around the feta.
- Add a mix of green and Kalamata olives in small clusters for color contrast.
- Place crackers or toasted baguette slices on one side for easy scooping.
- Add lemon wedges—perfect for squeezing fresh citrus over the feta before eating.
- Add optional extras like roasted red peppers, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of honey.
3. Serve
Serve immediately or let everything rest for 10–15 minutes so the feta absorbs even more flavor.
To eat: spread the marinated feta over crackers or bread and top with olives and tomatoes for the perfect salty–savory bite.
