These Mediterranean-inspired chicken wraps are crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Made in the air fryer, they are quick, healthy, and perfect for a lunch, dinner, or high-protein snack.

 Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Wraps:

4 large whole wheat or flour tortillas

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or feta for Mediterranean twist)

½ cup sliced Kalamata olives

½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced

½ cup baby spinach or arugula

1 tsp oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

For the Sauce (Optional):

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp tahini

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp cumin

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

Season the cooked chicken with oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

If the chicken is plain, you can lightly toss it with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice for extra flavor.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken, shredded cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, and spinach.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to keep everything inside.

 Air Fry the Wraps:

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly brush the wraps with olive oil for a crispy finish.

Place in the air fryer seam side down and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Make the Mediterranean Sauce (Optional):

Whisk together Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Serve on the side or drizzle inside the wraps before rolling.
