Table of Contents

A delicious twist on classic tostadas, this Mediterranean-style version swaps traditional spices for Mediterranean flavors like garlic, oregano, lemon, and creamy tzatziki instead of sour cream. Juicy, slow-cooked beef is layered on crispy pita or whole wheat tostadas with a refreshing mix of guacamole, tomato salad, and Greek yogurt.
