Melt-in-Your-Mouth Apple Pie (Quick & Easy)
🧾 Ingredients
4 medium apples (peeled and chopped)
2 eggs
100 g (½ cup) sugar
100 ml (½ cup) milk
100 ml (½ cup) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
180 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish (about 9×13 inch / 22×33 cm).Prepare apples:
Peel, core, and chop apples into small cubes. Spread them evenly in the baking dish.Make the batter (takes 3–5 minutes):
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until combined.
Add milk, oil, vanilla, and mix.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth (don’t overmix).Assemble:
Pour the batter evenly over the apples.Bake:
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.Cool slightly before serving.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
