  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

 Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

 Instructions

1. Prepare base

  • In a large bowl, combine onion and lime juice
  • Let sit for 5 minutes (softens onion flavor)

2. Add vegetables

  • Add tomatoes, cucumber, and celery
  • Mix well

3. Add shrimp

  • Add chilled shrimp to the bowl

4. Make sauce

  • Pour in tomato juice, ketchup, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
  • Season with salt and pepper

5. Mix & chill

  • Stir everything together
