For the Meat Sauce:

For the Cheese Layer:
1 cup ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
For Layering:
6 oven-ready lasagna noodles (no-boil)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Meat Sauce
Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, egg, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assemble the Lasagna (in an 8-inch air fryer-safe pan or loaf pan)
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
Place 2 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread ⅓ of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
Add ⅓ of the remaining meat sauce and ⅓ of the mozzarella.
Repeat layers twice, finishing with meat sauce and mozzarella on top.
Air Fry the Lasagna
Cover the dish with foil (to prevent excessive browning).
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Air fry for 20 minutes, then remove the foil.
Air fry for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
