These Mini Caramel Apple Cheesecakes combine the flavors of fresh apples, sweet caramel, and creamy cheesecake to create a delectable treat. Ideal as small party treats or for fall get-togethers!
Ingredients
Regarding the crust:
- One cup of crumbs from graham crackers
- Two tablespoons of sugar granules
- Four teaspoons of melted unsalted butter
- For the filling of the cheesecake:
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- Half a cup of powdered sugar
- One huge egg
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Half a cup of sour cream

- One medium apple, cored, peeled, and chopped
- Half a teaspoon of crushed cinnamon

Directions
- Warm up the oven and get the muffin tin ready.
- Set the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
- To make it easier to remove the cheesecakes, line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Prepare the crust:
- Combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl.
- To create a solid crust, evenly press the mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner.
- After 5 minutes of baking, set away.
