– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup almond flour

– 2 tablespoons cream cheese

– 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce

– Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

 Make the Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and mix well. Add the almond flour and egg, then mix until a dough forms.

 Form the Cups: Divide the dough into 12 portions and press each portion into the mini muffin tin to create a cup shape.
