Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour (maida): 1½ cups (200 g)
Bananas: 2 or 3, mashed
Eggs: 2
Melted butter: ⅓ cup (75 g)
Brown sugar: ¼ cup (50 g)
Sugar: ½ cup (100 g)
Milk: ½ cup (120 ml)
Baking powder: 1 tsp (4 g)
Baking soda: 1 tsp (5 g)
Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp (5 ml)
Salt: ¼ tsp

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 24 x 10.5 x 7 cm (9 x 4 x 3 inch) loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mash Bananas:
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
Add the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla essence to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt.

Combine Mixtures:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour into Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool:
Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve warm with butter or nut butter.
