No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

This tasty chocolate biscuit cake will satisfy your sweet tooth and is ready in just a few minutes—no baking necessary!

Ingredients for the Cake of biscuits:

  1. 750g of biscuits (wholegrain, for example)
  2. One hundred grams of walnuts
  3. 180g sugar, 60g powdered cocoa
  4. 150g butter, 250ml water
  5. One tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate Coating:

  1. 120 ml of whipped cream
  2. 120g of dark chocolate
  3. Chopped walnuts are optional but look nice.

Guidelines:

Regarding the Biscuit Cake:

  • In a large basin, crush the biscuits into small bits.
  • Combine the crumbled biscuits with chopped walnuts.
  • Combine butter, sugar, water, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Once the butter and sugar are completely melted, heat and whisk.
  • After bringing the mixture to a boil, turn off the heat.
    Pour in the vanilla extract and blend well.
    Cover the crumbled biscuits with the heated mixture. and almonds. Stir until all the ingredients are completely mixed.
  • Press the mixture evenly and firmly into a square or rectangular dish that has been lined with parchment paper.
    Place in the refrigerator until the cake hardens, about 2 hours.

Regarding the Chocolate Glaze:

  •  Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan until it begins to boil.
  • Take off the stove and mix in the dark chocolate. Once the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth, stir.
  • Pour the glaze over the biscuit cake after letting it cool a little.
  • You may also add chopped walnuts as a decorative touch.
    Chill for a further two hours or until the glaze solidifies.
