No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

Ingredients for the Biscuit Cake:
- 750g biscuits (e.g., wholemeal biscuits)
- 100g walnuts
- 180g sugar
- 60g cocoa powder
- 250ml water
- 150g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze:
- 120ml whipped cream
- 120g dark chocolate
- Optional: chopped walnuts for decorating
Instructions:
For the Biscuit Cake:
- Crush the biscuits into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped walnuts to the crushed biscuits.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, water, and butter. Heat and stir until the sugar and butter are fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir.
- Pour the hot mixture over the crushed biscuits and nuts. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a square or rectangular dish lined with parchment paper, pressing it down firmly and evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the cake sets
For the Chocolate Glaze:
