Directions

Prepare the chocolate pudding:

  • Mix the cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Add the milk gradually while whisking until smooth.
  • Stir continuously while cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens and gently boils, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Take off the heat and mix in the butter and vanilla extract until creamy. Let it cool a little.

Get the Whipped Cream ready:

  • Beat the heavy cream in a mixing basin until it forms soft peaks.
  • Add the vanilla essence and powdered sugar gradually while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

Put the Dessert Together:

  • Place a layer of smashed cookies or graham crackers in the bottom of a big glass dish or individual serving cups.
  • Evenly spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the top.

Then cover with whipped cream.

  • Continue layering until all of the ingredients have been utilized, and then top with a layer of whipped cream.

Calm down:

  • To allow the flavors to combine and the dessert to solidify, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but ideally overnight.
