No-Bake Chocolate Layered Dessert
Ingredients
Regarding the Chocolate Pudding:
- Two cups of whole milk
- Half a cup of sugar, granulated
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder without sugar
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- One-fourth teaspoon of salt
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions
Prepare the chocolate pudding:
- Mix the cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Add the milk gradually while whisking until smooth.
- Stir continuously while cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens and gently boils, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Take off the heat and mix in the butter and vanilla extract until creamy. Let it cool a little.
Get the Whipped Cream ready:
- Beat the heavy cream in a mixing basin until it forms soft peaks.
