No-Bake Oreo Chocolate Dessert
Ingredients for the Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 45g cocoa powder
- 300ml milk
- 150g flour
- 45g butter
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons boiled condensed milk
- 10 pieces of Oreo cookies
Ingredients for the Glaze:
- 85g dark chocolate
- 100g cream (33% fat)
- 60g peanuts
Instructions:
For the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 4 eggs, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 10g of vanilla sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add 45g of cocoa powder and mix it into the egg mixture.
- Gradually pour in 300ml of milk while continuing to mix.
- Add 150g of flour and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Melt 45g of butter and add it to the batter, mixing well.
- Pour the batter into a lined or greased rectangular dish.
- Crush 10 pieces of Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the batter.
- In a separate bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. Dollop this mixture over the batter.
For the Glaze:
- In a heatproof bowl, combine 85g of dark chocolate and 100g of cream (33% fat).
- Melt the chocolate and cream together, either using a microwave or a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate glaze over the dessert, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle 60g of peanuts on top of the glaze.
- Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or until it firms up.
