No-Bake Oreo Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients for the Dough:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 45g cocoa powder
  • 300ml milk
  • 150g flour
  • 45g butter
  • 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons boiled condensed milk
  • 10 pieces of Oreo cookies

Ingredients for the Glaze:

  • 85g dark chocolate
  • 100g cream (33% fat)
  • 60g peanuts

Instructions:

For the Dough:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 4 eggs, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 10g of vanilla sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add 45g of cocoa powder and mix it into the egg mixture.
  3. Gradually pour in 300ml of milk while continuing to mix.
  4. Add 150g of flour and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Melt 45g of butter and add it to the batter, mixing well.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined or greased rectangular dish.
  7. Crush 10 pieces of Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the batter.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk. Dollop this mixture over the batter.
For the Glaze:
  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine 85g of dark chocolate and 100g of cream (33% fat).
  2. Melt the chocolate and cream together, either using a microwave or a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate glaze over the dessert, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle 60g of peanuts on top of the glaze.
  5. Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or until it firms up.
