Ingredients:
For the Cakes:
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of fresh milk
- 50g sugar
- 5g salt
- 200g flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil or regular oil

Instructions:
For the Cakes:
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 200 ml of fresh milk, 50g of sugar, and 5g of salt.
- Blend or mix until you have a smooth liquid mixture.
- Gradually add 200g of flour while continuing to blend or mix until the batter is well combined.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil or regular oil.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet to make individual banana egg cakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
