INGREDIENTS:

7 ounces dates

2.1 ounces almonds

2.1 ounces cashews

0.35 ounces pumpkin seeds

2.1 ounces oatmeal

2.1 ounces dark chocolate (sugar-free)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 pinch salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

3.5 ounces sesame seeds (for wrapping)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare the Dates

Soak the Dates: Put the dates in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them stand for 5 minutes.

Drain and Pit: Drain the water from the dates and remove the seeds.

Step 2: Blend the Dry Ingredients

Combine Dry Ingredients: Pour the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and oatmeal into the blender.

Blend: Blend into small, even portions.
