No-Yeast, No-Egg Easy Puff Pastry Magic!

Ingredients:
- – 250g bread flour
- – 4-5g salt (adjust to taste, original 5g)
- – 140g water (original 150g)
- – 20g butter
- – 125g butter or special margarine for laminating puff pastry
Instructions:
1. Mix flour and salt, then add water and 20g of butter. Knead into a dough.
2. Roll the dough into a rectangle.
3. Spread 125g butter/margarine over 2/3 of the dough.
4. Fold the uncovered 1/3 over the buttered portion, then fold the remaining 1/3 on top.
5. Roll and fold twice more, then chill for 30 mins.
6. Repeat the rolling and folding process 2-3 times, chilling between each.
7. Your puff pastry is ready for delicious creations!
