Ingredients:

    • 100 g raisins
    • 1 cup oatmeal (100 g)
    • 2 apples
    • 100-120 ml water
    • 2 eggs

Directions:

    1. Prep the Raisins and Sultanas:
      • Pour boiling water over 100 g of raisins and 100 g of sultanas. Let them soak for a few minutes to soften.

        • Place 1 cup of oatmeal in a blender and chop until fine.

      • Peel and core the apples. Puree them with 100-120 ml of water until smooth.

      • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pureed apples with 2 eggs and mix well.
      • Mash 1 banana with a fork and add it to the mixture. Stir to combine.

      • Drain the soaked raisins and sultanas. Add them along with 100 g of cherries to the mixture. Mix well.

        • Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture and stir thoroughly.

        • Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
        • Grease a baking dish well with vegetable oil.

        • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
        • Chop 50 g of Brazil nuts and sprinkle them over the top of the mixture.
