Steps to Make Nutty Oatmeal Breakfast Bites
1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, raisins, cranberries, chopped nuts, sesame seeds, and baking powder. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Mash the Banana
- In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth. This will act as the natural sweetener and binder for the recipe.
4. Combine the Wet Ingredients
- Add the mashed banana and yogurt to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated. The batter should be moist but not runny.
