Ingredients

2 medium red or yellow potatoes (diced small)

1½ cups fresh green beans (trimmed and halved)

1 (12 oz) smoked sausage or kielbasa (sliced into rounds)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tbsp grated parmesan or lemon juice for serving

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients:

Wash and dice potatoes into small, bite-sized chunks (about ½ inch).

Trim green beans and cut in half.

Slice sausage into ½-inch rounds.

Season:

In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, and sausage.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.

Cook in Air Fryer:

Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe pan or line the basket with parchment paper.

Spread ingredients in an even layer (cook in batches if needed).

Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until:

Green beans are lightly crisped but tender.

Sausage is browned on the edges.

Finish & Serve:
