1½ cups fresh green beans (trimmed and halved)
1 (12 oz) smoked sausage or kielbasa (sliced into rounds)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp grated parmesan or lemon juice for serving
Instructions
Prep the Ingredients:
Wash and dice potatoes into small, bite-sized chunks (about ½ inch).
Trim green beans and cut in half.
Slice sausage into ½-inch rounds.
Season:
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, green beans, and sausage.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
Cook in Air Fryer:
Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe pan or line the basket with parchment paper.
Spread ingredients in an even layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until:
Potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
Green beans are lightly crisped but tender.
Sausage is browned on the edges.
Finish & Serve:
Sprinkle with a bit of parmesan or a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
Serve hot as a complete one-pan meal.
Tips:
For extra crisp, cook potatoes 5 minutes alone first before adding sausage and green beans.
Swap in sweet potatoes or add red bell peppers for variety.
You can use turkey, beef, or chicken sausage for a lighter version.
