½ pound beef (sirloin, flank steak, or ground beef), thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, for extra umami)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

 Prepare Ingredients (5 minutes)

Slice the beef thinly against the grain.

Chop the onions, mince the garlic, and slice the green onions.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
