Only 2 Ingredients for the Perfect Chocolate Mousse!

Ingredients:

200 ml (6.8 fl oz) milk
160 g (5.6 oz) chopped dark chocolate (preferably without added sugar)

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the chopped dark chocolate.
Stir continuously with a spatula over medium heat, allowing the chocolate to melt completely, about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a round glass mold.
Use an immersion blender to whip the mixture for about 5 minutes until it’s frothy and full of bubbles.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until it sets to perfection.
