Instructions

Air Fryer Method:

  1. Preparation: Thoroughly wash and scrub the sweet potatoes.
  2. Coat with Oil: Lightly coat each potato with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Piercing: Use a fork to pierce the potatoes multiple times to allow steam to escape.
  4. Air Fry: Place in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 35-45 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Serving: Once done, cut open, sprinkle with salt, top with butter, brown sugar, and optional cinnamon.
