Peanut Butter Balls Without Baking
Components:
- One cup of peanut butter that is creamy
- Half a cup of softened unsalted butter
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Three cups of powdered sugar
- Two cups of chocolate chips that are semisweet (For coating, optional)
Directions:
- Combine the softened butter, peanut butter, and vanilla essence in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar gradually while stirring to mix well and form a dough.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper after rolling it into 1-inch balls.
- Optional: Use a double boiler or microwave to melt the chocolate chips. Coat each
- peanut butter ball completely by dipping it into the melting chocolate.
- The balls should be firm after at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
