Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake (Air Fryer Style)
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chocolate fudge cake mix (or any chocolate cake mix)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Optional: a handful of chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for extra texture
Equipment:
Air fryer (basket-style or oven-style)
6 to 7-inch round cake pan or deep dish that fits in your air fryer
Instructions:
Prep your pan:
Grease your cake pan with non-stick spray or a little butter. Preheat your air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for about 3 minutes.
Layer the ingredients:
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle in the peanut butter chips and half the mini peanut butter cups.
Dump the dry cake mix evenly over the top (don’t mix!).
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix.
Top with the remaining mini peanut butter cups (and chocolate chips if using).
Air fry it:
Place the pan in your air fryer basket.
Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 20–25 minutes.
Check at the 20-minute mark: the top should be slightly crisp and the inside still gooey.
If it looks too jiggly in the center, air fry for 3–5 minutes more.
Cool slightly and serve:
Let the dump cake cool for about 5 minutes to set a bit. Scoop and serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
Optional Toppings:
Vanilla or peanut butter ice cream
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce or peanut butter drizzle
Crushed Reese’s pieces or peanuts
Tips:
Don’t stir the cake mix into the other layers — the magic happens in layers!
Use silicone cake pans or oven-safe dishes that fit your air fryer basket.
For a more molten center, reduce cook time slightly and serve warm.
