Ingredients
• Two generous cups of pineapple slices from a roughly ½ sized pineapple
• An optional 1 tablespoon of melted vegan butter or margarine
• Two teaspoons of maple syrup
• One teaspoon of cinnamon
• Chili Lime Dip is optional.
• Three tablespoons of vegan mayo or cashew cream
• About half a lime, or 1 tablespoon of lime juice
• Half a teaspoon of chili pepper
DIRECTIONS
• Put around two heaping cups of pineapple in a mixing dish after peeling, coreing, and slicing it.
• In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, maple syrup, and melted butter; pour over the pineapple pieces. Gently stir to coat the slices evenly.
• After that, arrange them in a single layer in your fryer basket (a tiny overlap is acceptable), and air fried them for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are caramelized, at 380 degrees F. Halfway through, give the pineapple a single flip.
