Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Recipe for Pineapple Ginger Smoothie 🍍

Ingredients:

  1.  One cup of chunky fresh pineapple
  2. Half a cucumber, sliced and peeled
  3. One cup of water from coconuts
  4. A handful of fresh leaves of mint
  5. One teaspoon of grated ginger
  6.  Lemon juice
  7. A teaspoon of sea salt
  8. Ice cubes (not required)

Instructions:

  •  First, put everything in a blender.
  •  Next, blend until creamy and smooth.
  •  Step 3: Blend again after adding ice cubes for a cold smoothie.
  • Step 4: Transfer into glasses and add mint leaves as a garnish.
