Potatoes and Garlic Butter Steak Bites in an Air Fryer
Ingredients
- Three large potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried parsley, paprika, and garlic powder
- I used two 10-ounce strip steaks.
- Olive Oil
- Garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Seasoning for Steak Kinder Prime Steak Seasoning is something I enjoy using.
- Four tablespoons of butter
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, dry
Directions
- After washing, chop the potatoes into little cubes.
- Add the dried parsley, garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, pepper, and salt (I don’t use precise proportions for this phase).
- In the air fryer, cook the potatoes at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, shaking them at least a few times while cooking.
- Cut the meat into 1-inch pieces after the potatoes are done cooking.
- Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
- After cooking, place the potatoes aside.
- In the air fryer, cook steak bites for around seven minutes at 400 degrees (my came out about medium).
- Add the dried parsley and minced garlic to melted butter.
- Serve the steak chunks with the fried potatoes after pouring the garlic butter over them.
Have fun!
