Ingredients:

    • 1 small cabbage
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 tablespoons flour

DIRECTION

    1. Prepare the Cabbage:

      • Cook Patties: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

     

  2. Serve:

      • Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, finely chopped fresh cucumber, and dill.
