quick and delicious Philips Airfryer flan
The complete recipe for a quick and delectable Philips Airfryer flan is available here.
Ingredients
- Three eggs
- One vanilla sugar bag
- 50 grams of sugar
- Half a cup of milk
- One tablespoon of vanilla liquid
Directions Getting the cream ready:
Crack the eggs and beat them lightly in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves after adding the vanilla sugar and sugar. Add liquid vanilla and pour milk. Blend until a uniform mixture is achieved.
- Getting the mold ready: Fill a mold or ramequins that are the right size for your air fryer with the mixture. Verify that they fit in the basket and are properly suited to the heat.
- Cooking: For a few minutes, preheat your Philips Airfryer to 180°C. The mold or ramequins should be carefully placed in the air fryer’s basket. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Resting in the air fryer: After the cooking process is complete, switch off the air fryer and let the flan sit in it for half an hour. The flan can continue to cook gently and solidly as a result.
- Service: Clear the air fryer of any mold or ramequins. Allow to cool before serving, or refrigerate for a truly chilled flan.
- Advice: For an even more upscale look, drizzle caramel over the mold’s bottom before filling it. For a sophisticated dessert, serve the flan with fresh fruit or a little whipped cream.
