  • ½ Onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200g Ground beef
  • Salt, black pepper, and paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 10g Parsley or green onion
  • 2 Tortillas
  • Mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Thinly dice the onion and add it to the pan. Fry for about 2 minutes until translucent.

Adding Garlic and Tortilla:

  1. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pan.
  2. Cut an inch around one of the tortillas. Dice the leftover tortilla and add it to the pan. Fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Cooking Ground Beef:

  1. Add ground beef to the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

Cooking the Tortilla:

  1. In the same pan over medium heat, add olive oil or butter.
  2. Use the plate to flip the tortilla over into the pan.
  3. Brush some oil on top of the tortilla and fry for 3 minutes.
