Rainbow Smoothie

Create a stunning Rainbow Smoothie with layers of colorful fruits! Each layer offers a burst of flavor and nutrients, making it as healthy as it is beautiful.

INGREDIENTS

For The Red Color:

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Touch of water to help the blending if needed

For The Orange Color:

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango slices
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Touch of water to help the blending if needed

For The Yellow Color:

  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 ripe fresh banana
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Touch of water to help the blending if needed

For The Green Color:

  • 1 medium-sized kiwi
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 23 cubes of ice

For The Blue Color:

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Touch of water to help the blending if needed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a blender, smaller blenders work best for this recipe, separately blend each color using the ingredients listed for the specific color.
  • Pour each blended color into jugs, and rinse the blender. Repeat until all separate colors are blended.
  • To a tall glass, using a spoon or pouring directly from the jugs, layer each color.
  • You can layer the colors as you like.
  • I layered the rainbow smoothie like this: Purple and green, followed by yellow, orange, and red!
