Directions:

Mix together the dry ingredients: sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.

Combine the egg, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are just combined.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch.

Use a donut cutter to cut out donuts.

For five minutes, preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Apply cooking spray to the basket.

Donuts should be air-fried for 5–6 minutes at 350°F, turning halfway through.

Combine cinnamon and sugar.

Brush heated donuts with melted butter and dip in cinnamon-sugar.
