Recipe for Air Fryer Donuts
- Two cups of all-purpose flour are needed.
- Two teaspoons of baking powder
- One-fourth teaspoon baking soda
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a cup of sugar, granulated
- Half a cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of melted butter or applesauce
- One huge egg
- One teaspoon of vanilla cream
- Top:
- One-fourth cup of melted butter
- Half a cup of sugar, granulated
- Ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
Directions:
- Mix together the dry ingredients: sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
- Combine the egg, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are just combined.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 inch.
- Use a donut cutter to cut out donuts.
- For five minutes, preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Apply cooking spray to the basket.
- Donuts should be air-fried for 5–6 minutes at 350°F, turning halfway through.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar.
- Brush heated donuts with melted butter and dip in cinnamon-sugar.
