Recipe for Air Fryer Lobster Tails:
Components:
- Two lobster tails
- Two tablespoons of melted butter
- One teaspoon of powdered garlic
- One teaspoon of paprika
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- slices of lemon, to serve
- For garnish, chop some fresh parsley.
Directions:
- Get the lobster tails ready. If the lobster tails are frozen, thaw them. Carefully cut each lobster tail’s top shell with kitchen shears, stopping at the tail’s base.
- Keep the shell attached at the base and carefully pull it apart to reveal the meat. Allow the meat to rest on top of the sliced shell after lifting it through.
- Lobster tails should be seasoned: Coat the lobster meat thoroughly by brushing it with the melted butter.
- Combine the paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Evenly distribute this mixture on top of the buttered lobster.
- Warm up the air fryer. Set your air fryer’s temperature to 380°F (193°C).
- Air Frying: Make sure the seasoned lobster tails are not in contact with one another when you place them in the air fryer basket.
- In the air fryer, cook the lobster tails for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and opaque. The size of the lobster tails and the particular kind of air fryer can affect how long they take to cook.
- Serve: The lobster tails should be carefully taken out of the air fryer and placed on serving plates.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side and garnish with freshly cut parsley.

- Depending on the size of the lobster tails and the brand of air fryer you have, cooking durations may vary. Always make sure the lobster tails are cooked through and achieve a safe internal temperature.
- You are welcome to change the cooking time and spice to suit your tastes. Savor your meal.
