Recipe for Air Fryer Skirt Steak
This recipe for skirt steak in an air fryer is quick, simple, and incredibly tasty! A well cooked steak may be enjoyed in less than ten minutes with a few basic seasonings and a light coating of olive oil. Directions
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of the skirt steak.
To uniformly distribute the seasonings and oil, massage the steak after drizzling it with olive oil on both sides.
Arrange the steak in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
Cook for eight minutes at 400°F in the air fryer.
Make sure the steak cooks equally on both sides by flipping it halfway through.
After finishing, take the steak out of the air fryer and let it three minutes to rest before slicing.
