Recipe for Bone in Chicken Breasts in an Air Fryer: In less than 30 minutes, prepare the tastiest and most succulent air fryer bone-in chicken breasts! This recipe is the ideal method to cook chicken in your air fryer and it’s fast and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Two chicken breasts with bones 12 oz each.
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning or your preferred seasoning.

Directions:

  • Set the air fryer’s temperature to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Next, use a paper towel to pat your chicken breasts dry.
  • Apply the spice to the chicken breasts on all sides.
  • Additionally, sprinkle spice behind the skin after carefully lifting it.
  • Skin side down, put the seasoned chicken breast in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes on this side of the chicken breast.
  • After 15 minutes, use tongs to turn the chicken breast after opening the air fryer basket. The chicken breast should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit after 8 to 10 more minutes of cooking it breast side up.

Remarks:

  • This dish doesn’t require any extra oil if the chicken breasts are wiped dry. The spice will adhere to the chicken if the breasts are dried.
  • For this dish, I use 12 ounce chicken breasts. It will take a minute or two longer for larger breasts and a minute or two less for smaller breasts. Make sure the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit by using a quick-read thermometer.
