Recipe for Creamy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Two diced chicken breasts
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Two teaspoons of olive oil
Three minced garlic cloves
One cup of heavy cream
One cup of chicken broth
Half a cup of cherry tomatoes
Two cups of spinach
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
8 ounces of pasta, such as fettuccine or penne
For serving, grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
Directions:
Prepare the pasta:
Pasta should be cooked as directed on the package until it is al dente. After draining, set away.
Cook the chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken to the skillet after seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and browned. Take out and place aside from the skillet.
Prepare the sauce:
Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir to mix after adding the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Include the vegetables:
To the sauce, add the spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Italian spice. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, or until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes are tender.
Mix:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the cooked chicken. Mix everything together until the creamy sauce coats everything.
Serve:
If preferred, top with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
