Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10–12 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

6 slices corned beef, chopped

6 slices Swiss cheese

½ cup sauerkraut, drained well

¼ cup Thousand Island dressing

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tsp caraway seeds (optional, for extra Reuben flavor)

1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions:

 Prep the Dough

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a piece of parchment paper.

Pinch the seams together to form a solid rectangle.

 Layer the Filling

Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.

Lay down Swiss cheese slices in a single layer.

Add chopped corned beef on top of the cheese.

Evenly distribute the sauerkraut (make sure it’s well-drained to prevent sogginess).

 Roll & Seal

Carefully roll up the dough from the shorter side, like a jelly roll.

Pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds (if using).

 Air Fry

Place the roll seam-side down in the air fryer basket (use parchment paper to prevent sticking).

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Tips & Variations:

Extra crispy crust – Air fry at 375°F for the last 2 minutes.

Add more flavors – Mix horseradish or Dijon mustard into the dressing.

Use puff pastry – For a flakier texture, swap crescent dough with puff pastry.

Make individual rolls – Wrap each ingredient separately in crescent dough for bite-sized portions.
