Tips

1. Use high-quality chicken: Choose boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs for the best flavor and texture.
2. Don’t skip the browning step: Browning the chicken and vegetables adds depth and richness to the soup.
3. Use a mix of vegetables: A combination of carrots, celery, and onions adds texture and flavor to the soup.
4. Adjust the creaminess: If you prefer a lighter soup, use less heavy cream or substitute with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
5. Make it ahead: Prepare the soup up to a day in advance and refrigerate or freeze for later use.
