Sausage cooked in an air fryer with cheddar egg muffins

If you have been seeking for a breakfast choice that is not only ketogenic but also low in carbohydrates, this is one of my favorites!

As this is one of my favorite breakfast alternatives that can be prepared in the Air Fryer, I frequently prepare a large quantity of it over the weekend and then reheat it throughout the week. Not only are they delicious, but they are also kid-friendly, nutritious, and make for an ideal dish for dinner preparation.

Components

  1. 4 eggs in total
  2. 1/2 cup of banger that has been cooked
  3. Two teaspoons of extra-heavy cream
  4. One teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper
  5. a total of four tablespoons of aged cheddar cheese

Details to follow

  • To begin, spray olive oil all over the egg mould, including the sides of the mold.
  • Eggs should be beaten in a large bowl until they reach a foamy consistency.
  • Add the cooked sausage, heavy cream, salt, pepper and shredded cheese to the eggs, and stir everything together till it is thoroughly combined.
  • After the egg molds have been formed, pour the egg mixture into them.
  • Prepare the egg mold for use in the air fryer.
  • For five minutes, the air fryer should be adjusted at 330 degrees Fahrenheit (the temperature setting).
    Placing, serving, and having fun!
  • It is possible to substitute the filling for nearly anything, and it will still work. For example, if you do not like sausage, you could substitute some cooked bacon or even some hot chorizo sausage. This is one of the best things about this appetizer. There will be no problems with the system.
