Sausage Rolls in an Air Fryer
Ingredients
- Three sausages One note,
- three puff pastry sheets,
- and one tablespoon of sesame seeds
- One egg

- Sausage Rolls in an Air Fryer
- Set the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
- Remove the sausages’ casings using a knife and cutting board.
- In a small bowl, place the egg, pierce the yolk, and stir.
- Place one of the sausages on top of a sheet of thawed puff pastry that has been placed on the cutting board.
- Using a pastry brush, cover the top of the pastry where the two pieces of pastry will meet after rolling the pastry around the sausage.
- Roll the crust around the sausage one more time, then brush the egg on one side where the pastry joins.
- For every sausage, repeat.
- Apply a little egg to the top of the long coiled sausage.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Cut the extra pastry off of each end with a knife.
- The long sausage roll should then be divided into four smaller ones.
- Place the raw sausage rolls in the air fryer in batches after spraying the basket with oil or using baking paper.
- Sauté sausage rolls in an air fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the pastry is crispy and brown.
Serve with sauce.
