Shrimp and beef skewers in the Air fryer

This is how to make beef and shrimp skewers in an air fryer:

Components:

  1. 250 g of huge, cleaned and peeled shrimp
  2. 250 grams of cubed beef
  3. Two cloves of chopped garlic
  4. Two teaspoons of olive oil
  5. One teaspoon of paprika, or sweet paprika
  6. Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
  7. Half a teaspoon of oregano, dried
  8. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  9. Sticks for skewers
  10. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Make the marinade by combining the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a big basin. Mix thoroughly.

2. Marinate: Include the meat cubes and prawns in the mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the seasonings. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

3. Put the skewers together: Alternatively, thread a pork cube and a shrimp onto each skewer stick.

4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Allow it to heat for five minutes at 200°C (392°F).

5. Cook the skewers: Arrange them in a single layer inside the Air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating them halfway through to ensure equal cooking. Adapt the cooking time to the size of the meat cubes and shrimp.

6. Serve: Before serving, take off the skewers and scatter some freshly cut parsley on top. Serve with rice or salad as a side dish, or with your preferred sauce.
